- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. I feel more confident in myself. I can see direction now of how I will handle my assignments and later my jobs. It's so appealing to meet peers and know we are struggling together and actually improving together. There was a lot I learned from others that I would have never learned had I not taken this course. Moreover, we had a taste of how being a second language learner is if we had forgotten so we make the lessons more interactive and meaningful.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. oh my goodness! he was so good. I realized we had so many mistakes but not a single time did he put them in a negative light. He was so practical about how he answered our questions or made illustrations. All of them were of actual experiences. He was never in a hurry, he was humorous.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. We deepened our understanding of lesson planning and activities by creating them collaboratively in our groups. The instructor set a great tone which helped the groups function well. She was very experienced and had great ideas to share. Glad I signed up for this course. I was apprehensive about what it would be like, but Angie put everyone at ease so we were free to build our skills.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. The tutor was friendly and insightful. It was interesting to hear about her experiences with teaching English abroad and online. It was a great opportunity to put into physical practice all the course work I have done with the TEFL Academy online course.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. I didn't really know what was going to be discussed in the webinar but upon completion I was very happy with the information and activities. May was amazing and provided lots of tips and extra information to help us with our TEFL adventures!

Luan made the 20 hours go by quickly as she made the lessons interesting and her knowledge is extensive. I learnt a lot and I am pleased that I chose this option, and even more excited to start teaching learners.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Luan made the lesson interesting and fun. Her manner in which she teaches has set a wonderful example to the rest of us. The information was presented well and has taught me a lot about teaching.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The course gave me insight on how to approach teaching and the attitude needed for it. I now better understand how a language can be taught to learners who have never spoken it.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. The teacher was very accommodating and understood our needs as TEFL learners. I really appreciated her input in terms of: what to expect when working in a foreign country, and the culture shock that comes with it. She continuously adhered to Covid safety-regulations, while keeping the activities interactive (and very fun).
