- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The tutor, Kelly, made the course very interesting, educational, informative and fun. She was professional throughout and inspired me and the rest of the group with confidence.

- Q. Why did you choose a course with a classroom element included rather than a 100% online course? A. Because I understood many employers prefer face to face teaching to have been included in the teaching. Also, it helps me to understand what the course involves and motivates me.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The course was well structured and provided a strong introduction to topics within the syllabus. Having a tutor available made certain subjects seem less daunting since we knew that we had support and ask questions. In addition to this, it was good to be able to observe a teaching style. Having someone demonstrate how to interact and engage with students provided a model for how we can work as teachers in the future.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Our teacher kept an appropriate pace so as to cover all necessary topics. She was also aware of the mood of the classroom, particularly in regards to the time of day and when we would be most engaged. She structured the course around these moods; for example, saving grammar for the Sunday morning rather than pushing ahead and completing that section last thing on the second day. In addition to this, Charlotte used a variety of activities and focus, in order to ensure that different types of learners were catered for.
- Q. Why did you choose The TEFL Academy over any other course provider? A. The TEFL Academy is a widely recognised brand and the qualifications are valid in the majority of countries that I am interested in visiting.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. It was a small group size which meant that there was good 1-1 support when required from tutor the materials were helpful as was tutor feedback. Delivered with skill by an experienced tutor
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Given the range of prior experience/employment of participants the tutor was successful in keeping all motivated and able to complete tasks.
- Q. Why did you choose a course with a classroom element included rather than a 100% online course? A. The classroom element provided an opportunity to engage with someone who has first hand experience of the world of TEFL and to have some dialogue about what we might expect.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Our Tutor John Nelson was very patient and very thorough. I was impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. I had absolute faith and trust in his knowledge.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I found the classroom element very engaging and think that the practical exercises we did will help me with delivering training to people of different levels, backgrounds and ages.
- Q. Why did you choose a course with a classroom element included rather than a 100% online course? A. It seems that most employers ask that you have a classroom element within your training, and I felt it was important to get some experience (however brief) of classroom teaching methods.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The teacher was very enthusiastic and honest also the mix of the class was very good with a good combination of people. The methods and exercises to get people involved were very good and maintained my interest throughout.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Liz is a very experienced tutor and brought that across to the students. She knows how to lift peoples confidence but at the same time is quite honest about what can go wrong when teaching a class off students, i think this is good as we need to know every aspects of teaching.
- Q. Why did you choose a course with a classroom element included rather than a 100% online course? A. I choose this course as i wanted to experience what the classroom element would be like. Also i fault it would be a good way to boost my confidence.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The tutor was extremely professional and engaging. The idea of 10 hours of learning seemed quite daunting but the tutor made the learning varied and interesting and the time flew. This to me is an indication of an excellent teacher
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. The tutor was amazing. I have spent 37 years in Education so I am not tolerant of poor quality of teaching. I can only say I would have gladly employed this teacher/tutor in my school .
