- Q. How satisfied you were with the classroom element of the course? A. The course was very well structured. The teacher managed to create a friendly atmosphere, and we covered many topics. Everyone could participate, and we were involved in many different activities. Although the course was demanding at certain stages, on the whole, it was entertaining, too. The teacher's style and time management were excellent.
- Q. How satisfied you were with your TEFL Tutor? A. He built up the activities very wisely, using many different types of tasks. He could gently involve everyone in discussions. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, too. His feedback after the presentations and personal comments were helpful and encouraging.

I feel that while there was a lot to get through both the course tutor and the class coped very well with the material and overall I was very happy with the experience and enthusiastic for our prospects of completing the online element.

- Q. How satisfied you were with the classroom element of the course? A. It was a very interactive, informative course which incorporated some extremely useful teaching techniques. I found it really beneficial to work in pairs and groups, and discuss other peoples ideas as a class. The topics which were covered were interesting and allowed for a range a contrasting opinions.The fact that we also spoke about how to find jobs once we have obtained the TEFL qualification was fantastic and it now seems less daunting than it originally did. Discussing CV's and jobs at the end ensured that the 20 hour classroom course was completed in the best possible way, providing us with the knowledge of how to apply for relevant jobs once we are left to our own devices. I would highly recommend this course. I've met some great people and have learnt a lot in such a short space of time.
- Q. How satisfied you were with your TEFL Tutor? A. My teacher (Liz Mahony) was absolutely brilliant. She was able to cover the main aspects of course; lesson planning, grammar, teaching reading, listening and speaking, to name only a few, in great depth which was beneficial in generating a well rounded understanding of teaching English as a foreign language. Liz was an incredible teacher and I really appreciated all her advice.
- Q. How satisfied you were with the classroom element of the course? A. The teacher was very knowledgeable and helpful, always able to answer the questions we had and easy to communicate with.
