The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) has been active in Indonesia since 1984. Though each center has unique needs and challenges the primary goal of each is the same, to provide free supplementary education for children from economically underprivileged backgrounds. Volunteers who sign up to donate their time at one of our IHF Education Centers make a very real impact during their stay participating in any or all of the following local tasks: - Organize special games, activities, and workshops for the children - Submit weekly lesson plans, and lead informal English, math, & computer classes - Help improve our center by participating in small projects and repairs - Share your knowledge, skills and experience with the communities we serve through our community outreach projects - Support our local Indonesian teachers through both professional mentorship and social friendships cultivated - Train in the core components of an international organization (including management skills, policy and procedures, finance, fundraising, media & PR, donor relations, and recruitment) - Be responsible for the management, design and implementation of community led projects linked to your academic and or professional skills and experience - Manage local volunteers and shape their experience at our IHF Education Center The program requires a minimum time commitment of 4 months, though we encourage volunteers to stay for up to 1 year or more.

US International Education Center has been contracted to hire teachers for 2 International Schools and 4 English Academies in Shenyang, Beijing, and Tangshan, China. These are contracted full-time positions. Duties include lesson planning, teaching, communicating with parents, etc. The schools use advanced teaching skills and equipment, and provide warm and comfortable environments for international teachers. No Chinese necessary. Flexible start date available. Requirements: • Each Applicant must be eligible for a Chinese Work (Z) Visa. • In order to obtain this visa, the applicant must hold a passport from either USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. • Each Applicant must have native-like English proficiency. • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree • TEFL Level 5 certifcate. • Willing to work for a minimum of one year. • Working hours are 40 hours per week. Teaching hours are approximately 25 hours per week. • Clear background check. Compensation: The monthly NET salary ranges from $1,590 to $3,200 USD (10,000 RMB - 22,000 RMB) per month depending on qualifications and experience. From the middle of September until the following year in July of 2020 we have a number of part-time positions for native teachers with a minimum of 3 years of work experience and the right to work in the EU to do group and individual classes to company students in the Madrid city centre.
