At Yaruki Switch Group, one of Japan’s largest private education groups, we offer full-time teaching positions across four unique brands: Kids Duo, WinBe, Kids Duo International, and I Kids Star. Each brand provides a different teaching experience, but we all share the same goal of creating a fun, immersive learning environment where both teachers and students thrive.
Depending on the brand that best fits your enthusiasm and teaching style, you’ll either be working in interactive after-school programs or supporting kindergarteners in their language development. Whichever role you choose, you’ll find it both fulfilling and impactful.
About the Role:
- Work Schedule: 5 days per week, with an 8-9 hour workday (including lunch breaks).
- Training: 3-5 weeks of training, combining base training and on-the-job experience, ensuring you’re fully prepared to teach.
- Student Age Range: Student ages vary anywhere from 2 – 14 years old.

- Kids Duo: A fun, immersive after-school program focused on English acquisition through play.
- WinBe: Focuses on real-life language skills through reading, writing, speaking, and phonics support.
- Kids Duo International: A bilingual kindergarten offering both English and Japanese instruction to develop well-rounded, bilingual learners.
- I Kids Star: A balanced program of English instruction, intellectual training, and physical education to nurture independent, intelligent thinkers.

Benefits- Fixed Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 (~$1,700 USD)
- Contract: 1-year full-time contract, with the option to renew
- Transportation: All work-related travel expenses are fully reimbursed
- Paid Vacation: 10 paid days off after 6 months of employment, in addition to company holidays

Requirements- Education: A bachelor’s degree in any field
- Certification: A TEFL Level 5 certificate
