DescriptionALBA is seeking enthusiastic, Primary and Secondary Teachers to teach in Yangon, Myanmar for the 2025-2026 school year (May start date; earlier dates also available)
Positions available include:
- Preschool English Teacher (1 position)
- Year 1 English Teacher (2 positions)
- Year 3 Science Teacher (1 position)
- Year 8 Science Teacher (relief position; June & July)
- Years 7-9 History Teacher (1 position)
Job Details:
- Work hours of 8:15am to 3:45pm, Monday-Friday
- Contract date: 15th May 2025 – 15th March 2026
- Around 30 contact hours per week (depends on level)

Requirements- Fluent in English
- A bachelor's degree in any field, plus a TEFL level 5 certificate
- Passport holder of the following countries only (due to visa requirements): USA, UK, IRE, Australia, Canada, South Africa & New Zealand -
